Caramel City is a new online community for students of African or Carribean descent. The site which will be launched on the 1st of June 2002 will offer free email, an interactive chat room, free classified adverts board, greetings card and will publish Afro Buzz a weekly e-newletter to provide updates on opportunties for students of African or Carribean descent to include financial aid, jobs, etc. The Caramel Star page will also give you a chance to showcase your skills.
